We are pleased to announce that the 14th International Labour and Employment Relations Association (ILERA) Conference will be held on 10-12 September 2025 at Durham University Business School, UK. This event will bring together leading researchers, practitioners, and professionals from around the world to share their latest research.

- Paper abstract submission deadline: 31/03/2025
- Notification of acceptance: 30/04/2025
Submission Guidelines:
- Abstracts should be in English and no more than 250 words.
- Include the title, authors, and affiliations.
- Submit your abstract via the conference website. The paper submission systems will open in January 2025.
Special Sessions Proposals:
Submissions for special sessions are invited for ILERA 2025.
