I am an associate professor at FAOS, Univeristy of Copenhagen in Denmark. My research has three empirical focal points: Labour migrants, including particularly posted workers, on the Danish and European labor market; EU labor market regulation and the interaction with national regulation; trade unions’ power resources in the labor market and how they influence working conditions. My research is related to studies in comparative employment relations, EU studies and theories of power.
