I am Head of International Relations at ADAPT and a Senior Researcher. I hold a PhD in Human Capital Formation and Labour Market Relations (University of Bergamo, IT) and have nearly 10 years of experience in the design, management and implementation of EU co-funded projects in the fields of employment, skills and industrial relations.
My work focuses on the governance of the twin transitions (digital and green), with particular attention to the role of industrial relations and social dialogue in managing organisational change, supporting workforce adaptation and promoting inclusive and sustainable transformation processes.
I also specialise in labour market analysis and skills intelligence.
I coordinate the ADAPT International Bulletin (managing director) and provide training for trade unions and employers’ organisations.
